What Raw Food Gurus Don’t Want You to Know
Naina,
What I am about to share with you in the next few days and weeks is going to make a lot of people very angry. But if I don't get it off my chest, I allow thousands of people to carry an unnecessary burden of misinformation that will bring them to lots of pain and misery.
The raw-food diet is one of the most popular new diets in the world. Dozens of raw-food restaurants are popping up all over the place, celebrities are embracing this lifestyle, and raw-food stores and websites are opening every week.
On the one hand, everything appears to be cheerful and happy. You can the many gurus, the enthusiastic disciplines and read about the many success stories. But there's the dark side of the raw food diet, and not many people are willing to talk about it.
I've been involved in the raw-food movement for over 14 years. I've worked with the biggest names in the industry, such as David Wolfe, Gabriel Cousens and Juliano. I've published hundreds of articles, and over 50 books and courses.
I know of thousands of people from all over the world who have had amazing positive results from following a raw food diet. Yet, at the same time, it is common to hear stories of people who have "fallen off the wagon" or are again struggling with their health.
For each person that gets positive results from a raw food diet past the first few years, many more are struggling with their health.
In my new book, "Raw Food Controversies," due for pre-release next week, I'm about to reveal some dark secrets other raw food gurus simply don't want you to know.
"The Dark Side of Raw Foods"
There's a large chunk of the people that make up the raw food movement who actually don't eat exclusively raw foods, but just want to incorporate more raw foods into their diet, maybe follow the raw food diet as a "cleanse" a few times a year, or just check out a trendy new diet.
There's another large number of people trying out the raw-food diet, admittedly with superhuman efforts, who manage to stick with it for a number of months or years.
Until something goes wrong.
Eventually, the largest number of these people drop out or go back and forth endlessly in a desperate attempt to make it work in their lives.
The truth is that the majority of those engaged in the raw-food movement is composed of people with interest for the idea, but when it gets to the numbers, very few are actually, doing it.
It's been estimated less than 2.5% of the population is vegetarian, and only about 0.9% of the population is vegan (no animal products as all).
Then, from that ridiculously small number, there's an even tinier proportion of committed raw-foodists!
From those people actually doing it, the percentage of people experiencing success, and being able to stick with it for any extended period of time is very slim.
Why?
-Problems With the Raw Food Diet-
Having more than 30,000 readers, I can tell you I've received more than enough emails to shake my head about the fact that the following list contains some very REAL problems that a lot of raw foodists encounter as they work to implement the raw food diet
* Hair loss
* Lack of energy
* Failure to thrive
* Anorexia
* Emaciation
* Rotting teeth
* Hypoglycemia
* Diabetes
* Hyperglycemia
- If the average raw-food diet is so healthy, then why do so many raw foodists have such big problems with their teeth?
- Why do many women start to experience thinning and loss of hair after a while on the strict raw food diet?
- Why are so many raw foodists obsessed with food and plagued with cravings?
- Is the raw vegan diet the ideal, and is the vegan diet the optimal diet for humans?
- Can the raw food diet work for everyone?
- Why aren't there many old raw vegans??
In my new book, Raw Food Controversies, I look at all of these questions and more.
In the next few days, I'll be sending you exclusive content from my new book, as well as let you know exactly when the book will be released, as we will have a very unique pre-order offers with an exclusive bonus that will never be offered again.
I've spent 14 obsessive years researching, experimenting and investigating the raw food diet. I love the raw vegan lifestyle, but I can't stand the fact that there are so many fallacies being spread in the raw food movement, and frankly I'm sick of being shy about revealing them.
Stay tuned for some exclusive content, coming your way soon!
Yours for health and success,
Frederic
